| The Apprenticeship Program is an innovative
approach to student training which was created at the request of
local business leaders. The program offers a chance for students
to train at the college in a program of their choice while training
on-the-job concurrently in a paid apprenticeship.
The synchronized training will yield better-equipped entry-level
employees with first-hand knowledge and work experience in their
future career. The paid apprenticeship opens the educational doors
for students who have in the past missed out on educational opportunities
due to financial difficulty.
