An “Earning While Learning” Apprenticeship experience awaits you in Welding & Joining Technology. Students are encouraged to explore careers infield early through mentored employment at a variety of local businesses. These experiences will help to enhance and supplement college classroom and laboratory work by placing students in the “real world” of work, creating additional opportunities for networking and resume building. Valdosta Technical College and the business partners work mutually with students to create a suitable school/work schedule.
