Description
The CIS - Internet Specialist E-Commerce diploma program is approximately
five quarters in length for the full-time student. The program combines
classroom instruction with practical hands-on experience on the
latest in packaged software and computer technology. The curriculum
is designed specifically for the student who desires to enter the
ever-expanding field of electronic commerce. Instruction includes
internet business fundamentals, methods in multimedia, web graphics
and design, TCP/IP, HTML, network security, and e-commerce strategies
and solutions.
Program graduates receive a diploma.
Program Requirements
Applicants must meet general admissions requirements, and must also:
- Present official documentation of an acceptable accredited high
school diploma, GED, or acceptable college credit.
- Present acceptable COMPASS/ASSET scores taken within the last
five years, or SAT, ACT or CPE scores taken within the last seven
years.
