Program Description
This technical certificate is designed to
meet the needs of the student who is interested in or currently
working in the food service industry and who needs a basic understanding:
of proper food-service safety; for meeting the public; of food preparation;
and nutrition management. This program will provide the student
an avenue for growth into the broader Culinary Arts field.
