Program Description
This technical certificate is designed to provide educational opportunities and technical training for individuals to learn to efficiently and effectively utilize the personal computer. This program will enable them to obtain the microcomputer skills necessary to be productive in today’s rapidly changing software environment. This certificate also provides the means for current computer user to update and enhance their skills.
