Program Description
The Medical Transcriptionist Technical Certificate prepares students for employment in today's medical offices. The certificate provides learning opportunities which introduce, develop, and reinforce academic and occupational knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for job acquisition, retention, and advancement. The certificate will also provide opportunities to upgrade present knowledge and skills or to retrain in the area of medical transcribing. Graduates of the program receive a Medical Transcriptionist Technical Certificate.
