Program Description
This technical certificate program provides supervisors with the essential management skills needed to effectively supervise others. This 15 credit hour program will deliver down-to-earth management techniques to supervisors or potential supervisors. To receive the Supervisory Specialist Technical Certificate of Credit, participants must complete three 50-hour training courses.
