Wins Design Award |

 John Henderson, Valdosta Technical College librarian, recently received the 2007 Communication Award for Web site design from the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA). This is the second year Henderson has won the award.
Henderson was recognized for the Web site he designed and maintains for the South Georgia chapter of MOAA. He credits his success to the simple approach he took in designing the Web site by making it easy to navigate and up-to-date.
Henderson received his Master of Library Science degree from Valdosta State University on May 3 and plans to continue his career as a librarian at Valdosta Tech. In his spare time, Henderson enjoys spending time with his wife Angela, writing, and working with computers. A two-part short story by Henderson will be published in Southern Tour Magazine. |
