Thank you for your interest in financial aid at Valdosta Technical College.
Financial assistance is available to help eligible students pay for their
educational expenses at VTC. Staff members will help students apply for the
appropriate financial aid programs.
Applications for aid must be completed each academic year, which
begins on July 1st and ends June 30th. Students may get the necessary
forms for financial aid at the Student Service Center Building
100, Room 117, by mail, or by downloading them.
Our priority dates for processing applications are as follows:
- Summer Quarter 2008: June 26, 2008
- Fall Quarter 2008: September 18, 2008
- Winter Quarter 2009: December 18, 2008
- Spring Quarter 2009: March 19, 2009
*Note: Financial aid applications submitted after priority date will be processed, but funds may not be available on the first day of classes to apply towards tuition or to purchase books. Students submitting a financial aid application after priority date should be prepared to self-pay fees. Once financial aid is awarded, student may be eligible for reimbursement.
